
Health and healthy life style are the basic immunity boosters in our lives.Her we will learn to process of motivating our own selves to take active initiative for healthy lifestyle changes like exercises, diet modifications, behaviour modifications etc.
Since the corona pandemic , everyone has become extra alert about health and healthy lifestyle.
This is because now all of us know, the most important instrument to fight against this deadly virus is, developing our own immunity.
Of Course our own "Yoga" is accepted as an immunity booster all over the world.
But despite this knowledge , we are not able to motivate ourselves to start regular exercises and other healthy habits.
Stress and anxiety related to pandemic can itself reduce the immunity.

Here are few simple tips to overcome your inertia , your lethargy :
Force of aversion
Unfortunately it is the fact that we are more motivated to do something when we are worried about untoward or negative consequences if you don't do that activity.
Same formula we need to use to motivate ourselves.
Well,how to do it?
When you don't feel like getting out of your bed, start telling yourself "this avoidance is going to create unhealthy consequences. My weight is going to increase. My cholesterol is going to increase. My low immunity may make me more susceptible to different disorders like coronavirus infection.
Also not working out will lead to guilty feelings."
This will push you out of the bed.
Force of attraction
Here we will do exactly the opposite.
We will start telling ourselves that "this exercise of 15 to 30 minutes is going to increase my oxygen level, increase my immunity. This will also help me lose extra fats. My personality is going to look more impressive."
Imagine yourself that you are very active and energetic throughout the day. You are feeling very healthy.
This will positively motivate you for exercise.
Power of imagination :
As stated above, start imagining that you have many healthy habits. You have gradually reduced extra fats.
Imagine that your confidence level has increased due to exercise.
More vivid imagination will help you gain confidence. You will start believing that you can do this.
More stronger belief in the possible positive outcome, more motivation and dedication is seen.
Imagine that you are working out daily. You are regular. It's really fun .
This visualization becomes part of memory and helps you to get going smoothly
Power of accountability
Declare everyone that you are going to lose 5 kg weight in the next 6 months. Then this will act as force which keeps track of your activity..
When you promise openly , you trigger your own conscience. This works very well .
Power of goal setting
Declaring a goal and putting efforts to achieve the goal is one of simplest and best methods of overcoming procrastination.Force of goal setting
Setting goals and trying to achieve them is best practice for longterm healthy life .
You have to keep setting and resetting goals throughout your life.
Set goals for one day.
Set small, easy to achieve goals.
Set goals for one month and then for 6 months.
Write down your goals in a chart and put it on the wall which is visible.
Read the goal again and again.
Put tick marks after finishing each small goal.
Maintain a diary to write down your achievements.
If you develop this single habit you will become self motivated for your complete life.
Cheat your mind
More or less, your mind keeps tricking you .It tells you don't go out. It is very cold today, you are naturally healthy, you don't need any type of exercises, it's of no use , etc.
Now it's your turn to trick your mind.
Tell your mind "I am going to exercise only today"
"I will exercise only for 5 minutes "
"I won't exercise if it causes trouble to my health"
Actually all these sentences are only for the sake of overcoming the negative thoughts generated in mind .
Power of self image
Last but not the least, your self image in your own mind decides your future. It affects all the aspects of life.
Start imagination "I am very Punctual person ,I dedicate proper time for healthy lifestyle, I am very balanced person"
This self image is one of the most important factors , to develop a better personality.
If we try to correct our behavior only, without correcting our own self image , chances of failing to inculcate new habit patterns are very high.
In contrast, if you change your own self image in your own mind as a " disciplined and organised person, who takes good care of self " will gradually make a more motivated and organized person.
Love yourself
Many people are so worried about different things that they stop thinking about their own self.
This leads to disconnect from self. Low self care . And hence neglected healthy habits.
Sometimes people keep feeling guilty about certain things, or keep blaming others about their difficult situation. This also creates negative emotions , which ultimately make a person less motivated.
Best practice to overcome this problem is to love and respect your own self. If you love yourself , you will take better care of yourself.
And remember, if you love yourself , you can love others and take care of others.
Your health will help you generate positive vibrations , wherever you go.
